TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation policy :

30 days before start: free of charges

15 days before start: 50% per person (of entire amount)

7 days before start: 75% per person (of entire amount)

6-1 days before start or no-show: 100% per person (of entire amount)

In case of force majeure, natural disasters or other circumstances that endanger the safety of the participants, Biketours reserves the right to cancel the event without any refund to the participants. The tour can be postponed to another day. Special cancellation policies may be contracted for specific events according to third part cancellation's policies.

Payment policy :

The payment must be done before the start by bank transfer, cash or credit card. In specific cases, other payments are accepted after agreement with Biketours.

Registrations :

Every participant must register him self on www.biketours.lu or by email. A registration is valid after accepting the proposal. Once the proposal accepted, all our policies are accepted and valid by the participant.

Participation :

Participants take part at the event at their own responsibility. Biketours can not be held responsible for any accident or event caused by bad health or by individual gear. In case of injury after crash of the participant, Biketours can not be accused as guilty.

Participants must have adapted clothing and accessories. In case of doubts the participants may contact Biketours for specific advises.

Any participant must inform Biketours about his own health conditions, allergens or specific injuries that can affect the security of himself.

Participants are responsible for the rental bikes and helmets. In case of damages the participants will be in charge to pay for the repairs and replacements. In case of theft or lost bikes, the renter will be charged 100% of the actual value of the rented bike and gear.

Media:

Each participant allows Biketours to use his picture, audio and video recordings for marketing terms.
